What are You Thankful for? — Put Some Thanks on It Challenge

IT'S NOVEMBER!

Aside from the beautiful autumn leaves and the anticipation for the holiday turkey or tofurkey, tis the season to be thankful and grateful for your family, friends, job, etc.

Yet that thankfulness may come with expectations. These expectations may want you to feel some form of reciprocation or appreciation for your actions. But why have those expectations to begin with when you can find appreciation and gratitude within yourself for yourself (cue Inception music).

This November, REMIX that expectation and show yourself some gratitude and kindness.

In the Put Some Thanks on It challenge, remix your calendar with thankful self-reflection, gracious self-acceptance, appreciative self-care and grateful self-expression.

“I’m Thankful For” Reflections

Take five minutes out of your morning and write down five things that you are thankful for.
